Details: I bought my elantra in late 2005 and it hasd never let me down. She has 187,000 miles on her, for these cars it isn´t much if you take care of it. The biggest thing I´ll miss about it is the gas mileage and reliability. I´ve had to make only a few small repairs, it has been routine maintenance otherwise. I do the oil changes and and most other work however I don´t do the tranny fluid changes, I let a trans shop do that. The reason I want to sell this car is I have 2 other cars, I really would like to make space in my driveway and not have 1 more car to work on. Everything works on this car and it is fun to drive it does have good power for a 4 cylinder, I did put in a cold air intake. I am firm on 3200$ price but am willing to go down to $3000. Of the approximately 20K miles I put on it, I would estimate 18k as being highway miles.-35-40 MPG (Or more if you drive conservatively)-New: (Money Invested Approximate but I do have most of paperwork stashed in the glove box)-Battery/Terminals ($100.00)-Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires, Oil Cover Gasket, Tune Up ($600.00)-Front Brakes (Rotors/Pads), Rear Brakes (Pads), Brake line repair/cleaning/flush ($400.000)-All Four ´Press On´ wheel bearings ($400.00)- Front Left Axle ($350)-Tires (maybe 1500 miles on them at the most) ($350)-Aftermarket CD/MP3 PlayerNew Clutch was installed by previous owner around 115k.Note: I was advised that this vehicle was in a minor accident when I had a mechanic look at it before I purchased. The above repairs took care of all damage stemming from the collision. The damage done in the collision was mostly cosmetic.This vehicle was regularly maintained.Needs:-Struts - $500.00 Installed for all four was the consensus from various quotes I got.
